We own an ornamental iron business. Who is responsible for proper application of architecture?
The landlord says He's wanted fence built a certain way. We see a problem with it. It's our responsibility to build fence as requested or deny unless they change the design to do well?
I take it you have a duty to conduct a fence up to any applicable building codes as well as safe. The design of the client violates? If so, then I would try for a compromise or a plain denial. Especially if it violates the code, such any building and safety inspector may order it removed anyway. Can potentially open a case you intentionally built something unsafe or in violation of the standards.
