Architecture software into a ten year old?
My ten year old son is curious about architecture and what it takes to design homes, etc ... I wish to feed his curiosity and get him some software that is age appropriate. Any suggestions?
Start with a basic CAD program. Although AutoCAD is what industry pros use, it is far too advanced for the novice user. Plus, it will give him the basics in 3-D modeling software, which is where the CAD is headed, but way out of most people's budgets in those days.
